1. Introduction Welcome to Limotein! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Limotein mobile application and website (“Service”). By accessing or using Limotein, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use Limotein. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to restrict access to users under 18 if required.

3. Description of the Service Limotein is an AI-powered nutrition tracking application that allows users to log meals through voice input, images, or text. The AI processes these inputs to estimate nutritional values, including Calories, Protein, Carbs, and Fat.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Limotein offers a free trial with limited usage.

  • After the free trial, users must subscribe to Limotein Premium (Monthly/Annual) to continue accessing full features.

  • Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and their respective refund, cancellation, and auto-renewal policies apply.

5. AI-Generated Data Disclaimer

  • Limotein relies on AI (e.g., OpenAI) to generate meal data and nutritional information.

  • AI-generated results may not always be accurate or precise.

  • Limotein does not guarantee the accuracy of nutrition data and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.

6. User-Generated Content

  • Users may provide voice recordings, images, and text inputs to track meals.

  • You retain ownership of your content but grant Limotein a license to process and display this data within the app.

  • Users must not upload any illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

7. Data Collection & Privacy Limotein collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to this data collection.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Limotein is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated nutrition data.

  • We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Limotein after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
